(3) According to the requirements of aerospace titanium, in the forging process, the use of multiple pier drawing process, can effectively ensure the structure of the product, improve the mechanical properties of the product.

(4) The natural gas furnace and electric furnace used for forging have adopted PLC automatic control system.Set the program to automatically heat up, heat preservation, heating data automatically record.Smelting, forging and heating data can be traced.
