BT9 (China grade TC11) norminal composition is Ti-6.5Al-3.5Mo-1.5Zr-0.3Si, is a α-β heat resistant titanium alloy. This alloy with good thermal processing technology( conventional process properties and superplasticity included ) able to be welded and machined in various ways. This alloy is a certain sensitivity to stress corrsion in hot salt. Mainly used in production of comressor,impeller and other structural component in airplane. Through thermal deformation and heat treatment, the maximum long-term operating temperature is 500 ℃. Semi-products is bars, forgings and die forging part. YIXIN titanium has enough experience to produce this alloy with various standard China standard GB and China militery standard GJB
