      YIXIN titanium with titanium production experience since 1996, the production products is titanium forged bar ,ring ,forgings and flange. And the company started exporting since 2008. Now Forged bar and ring have been qualified as per API 6A and NORSOK M650.  Mainly used for aerospace,subsea,military, oil& gas , medical use standard. Production process can be forged /rolling etc.

Actual Test Result 

• Mechanical properties test : Tensile strength 934MPA, Yield strength 851MPA, Elongation 11.5%, Reduction area 30%

• Impact test at room temp.  With tested impact absorbing energy and impact toughness value shown.

Marking of the products will use electric-plating process ,which will never damage the surface and permanent .

And for each package with heavy weight, it will have one lifting rope free sent to client for easy fetch.

YIXIN Has purchased raw material - sponge and melting with our process and alloy addictive. To guarantee the quality of products ,we never buy ingot directly. And all the process following will be monitored by QS person. Records will be kept in factory.
