Industrial pure titanium according to its different impurity content, divided into TA1, TA2 and TA3 three grades.The impurities in the gap of these three kinds of industrial pure titanium increase gradually, so its mechanical strength and hardness also increase step by step, but the plasticity and toughness decrease accordingly.
GR1 and GR2 have good low temperature toughness and high low temperature strength when the iron content is 0.095%, the oxygen content is 0.08%, the hydrogen content is 0.0009%, and the nitrogen content is 0.0062%, which can be used as low temperature structural materials below -253℃.
Titanium sheet /plate means the thickness from 0.5mm to 5.0mm,width 1000mm or 1200mm with length maximum 6000mm,; Material grade normally can be Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 3, Grade 4, Grade 5, Grade 7,Grade 12, Grade 5 Eli with cold rolled process for thickness over 4.0-10mm thickness is by hot rolled process.
