TX seal forging produced by YIXIN has high strength than normal ASTMB381 standard requirment. YIXIN has selected chemical composition in sponge and fixed the production process to meet the mechanical properties criteria. The production flow roughly as below: Titanium sponge selection , alloy additives for making the ingot by vaccum melting (VRC-Three times)→ Billet forging by Oil press→ Cutting of mateiral→Forging activities(Heating at times different by size)→ Heat treatment (Annealing)→Marking & Packing.
