The production flow roughly as below: Titanium sponge selection , alloy additives for making the ingot by vaccum melting (VRC-Three times)→ Billet forging by Oil press→ Cutting of mateiral→Forging activities(Heating at times different by size)→ Heat treatment (Annealing)→Mechanical/chemical test→Machining→NDE test (Visual inspection/UT inspection/Hardness 100% on forgings)→Marking & Packing.
